We currently do not accept returns on any automatic watches. Please read each product’s description very carefully and contact us with any questions you may have.
Please inspect your watch or accessories thoroughly for mechanical or visual defects before removing any protective covers, wear it, or throw away any packaging materials. Any removal of protective covers or wear may prevent us from accepting a return.
If you receive your order and are not happy for any reason we will gladly accept it as a return within 30 days of delivery. In order to start a return, please use the Contact Us form. Any returns initiated without contacting us first will not be processed. In order to initiate a return, the buyer must:
- Provide proof of purchase from our website
- The product’s original packaging is intact and undamaged
- The product is unworn and all protective covers are intact
Please note: The buyer must pay for the return shipping label. If the watch does not reach us, the buyer will not be refunded, so please use the appropriate method to ship it back to us. Beginning May 2019, due to a new payment processor policies on refunded orders, we will also be charging a 15% restocking fee per watch on all returned watches.
Refunds for Cancellations
